Scottish Country Dancing is an easy way for people of all ages to keep active and socialize at the same time.

It is enjoyed all over the world at club socials, balls, and for advanced dancers, in demonstration teams.

You don't need a partner, all you need to begin are treadless soft-soled shoes and comfortable clothing.

In the meantime this video, thanks to the UK NHS and the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society, will give you a good idea of what to expect, with some useful hints on Dance Steps.
