Scottish country dancing is an excellent way of keeping active and socializing at the same time.To give you a taste, here is an introductory video thanks to the UK NHS and the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society.. Classes

Our club has classes at two levels:

• The Basic/ Beginners Class provides an introduction to the basic steps and formations and easier dances. You don’t need to bring a partner and, to begin with, just wear something comfortable and soft shoes. Scottish Country Dancing can be thirsty work so we recommend that you bring some liquid refreshment. Classes are each Thursday at 7:30pm.
• A Social Class each Tuesday at 7:30pm.
